Afterschool Activities

Afterschool Activities

Optional afterschool activities give children the chance to explore interests, move their bodies, try new skills and enjoy learning with friends after the regular school day.

Flexible enrichment after school

In addition to the rich experiences of the school day, TIMS offers optional, specialist-led afterschool activities on many afternoons at an additional fee — usually offered in blocks and invoiced separately — giving families flexibility to choose what suits their child and schedule. Children who do not take part continue in regular care at no extra cost.

A variety of options

Activities may vary by school year and provider. Examples from TIMS programmes include sports, language and literacy clubs, science and practical life activities.
